Hemp Monkeys prides itself on careful attention to detail and careful packaging. We will also make every effort to ship your purchase quickly. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for order fulfillment and shipping of most items. If you have a custom order, we will advise you on production and shipping time. If there should be an unexpected delay, we will contact you immediately. Most jewelry items are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority. T-shirts, Jerseys and Laser Engraved Items are shipped USPS & UPS. Candles are shipped UPS
All Jewelry items, Stickers and Decals offer Free Shipping. UPS shipping Rates on T-shirts, Candles, Jerseys and Laser Engraved Items will Apply. *Holiday season custom orders may require more time. Please order 2 weeks prior to the holiday.
Rush Orders
If your order requires rush production and express shipping (less than 7 days turnaround time), there may be a $25 Rush Fee plus Rush Shipping Fees. Please include any special instructions in comments at check out. Your order will be expedited (24 hours) and shipped Next Day UPS.
Quality Guarantee & Return Policy
Hemp Monkeys takes great pride in all of our products. We also strive to provide excellent personal customer service. If your Hemp Monkeys purchase is not the quality you anticipated or if items are damaged during shipping, you will be refunded the purchase price upon return of the item. For refund to be processed, we must be advised via email to info@hempmonkeysonline.com within 7 days of item receipt, and item must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Money will be refunded 3-5 days after we receive the merchandise.
