Q: There was a piece of jewelry I saw online but in limited quantities - can you get more?
A: Just because an item is in limited quantities does not always mean we cannot make more. If an item sells out and you really want it email us and ask. Chances are, we can make more. As long as we can get the beads and media from our suppliers we should be good to go. We buy from sources all over the world, sometimes our stock is limited and sometimes we just make a few to see what folks like. If we see that something is very popular, we will make every effort to keep them in production.

Q: I need a longer length in a piece of jewelry. Can I get one with different length than listed in product info?
A: Yes, most likely. We know everyone is a different size so we certainly want to do our best to accommodate when we can. Once again as long as we have the stock and materials the piece was created with we most likely can. We are not mass producers so we try and customize when we can.

Q: I would like to place a custom order for T-shirts - what do I need to do?
A: We can give you a quote via email  - we always like to speak to our customers about custom orders, but if email is your preferred method of communication we will try to accommodate. We ask that you have in mind a quantity, style and idea of what artwork you need. Once we have your design whether it is camera ready or created by our “Art Monkeys” you will be sent a proof of what your shirts will look like via email. Once approved we can begin production.
